Exploring the future of food with Dr. Joel Cuello

The climate crisis is one of biggest scientific challenges facing us today, and the effects of global warming are forcing us to rethink how we can meet our most basic needs, including where we get our food. Growing populations, changing weather patterns, and other factors might mean that our usual methods of growing crops and raising livestock may not long be enough to meet the growing demand for food all over the world.

So what will the future of food look like? This is the question that scientists and engineers like Dr. Joel Cuello are looking to answer.
